You need to make sure you workout the activity you choose for 2.5 hours a week of moderate-intensity exercise, which translates to about 20 minutes most days of the week.

At school during "p.e" we work our heart every day.We do jumping jacks,sit ups,push ups,stretch and sometimes run.You can live a healthier life by eating healthy and exercising everyday.These summer I'm going to try to walk everyday.Im also going to try to eat healthy everyday.Im going to eat more veggies than usual.Also walk for at least 20min. and do some jumping jacks.
